Clearly, the Information Age hasn’t lived up to its promise for many organizations. 2. Conduct an audit of your company’s information to find out where the costs and bottlenecks are coming from. Legacy systems and paper documents are often culprits. Converting these into digital ones allows them to be accessible and searchable by anyone, anywhere. 5. Apply big data analytics to your company’s information to spot trends and make predictions.
